The concept of Shimo Yakiniku utilise a mix of traditional and contemporary Japanese elements to inform the look and feel of the space. Interior graphics and decoration panel will be added identity and set the tone of voice of the space –  Japanese town. The design also will be incorporated the material selections of grey concrete/stone finish, black paint, white wallpaper, natural timber and in touch with lighting design to bright up the space. To bring a familiar and unique feel on multiple levels of the concept, by using classic and modern Japanese elements in the interior, materials, furniture and fixture selection. To delivery the overall feelings of calmness,  relaxation, peacefulness and environmental-friendly.
