Project Description: The design concept of Viet House encapsulates a harmonious synthesis of modern aesthetics and traditional charm. Inspired by the rich cultural tapestry of Southeast Asia, our vision is to craft an environment where every element – from materials and textures to lush greenery – intertwines to evoke a sensory journey that celebrates the essence of Vietnamese cuisine.
Drawing upon the vibrant cultural of Vietnam, our design seamlessly merges contemporary sensibilities with timeless traditions. Through careful selection of materials such as reclaimed wood, woven rattan, breeze brick, plaster paint, raw concrete and locally sourced stones, we aim to infuse the space with an authentic yet modern ambiance.
Central to our concept is the integration of greenery, which serves as a visual representation of Vietnam’s lush landscapes and agricultural abundance. Living walls adorned with tropical plants, bonsai trees, and hanging gardens breathe life into the space, creating a tranquil oasis where guests can escape the bustle of city life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Southeast Asia.
Ultimately, our design aspires to transcend mere aesthetics, aiming to evoke a sense of place and belonging for guests. By harmonizing modernity with tradition and incorporating elements that resonate with the cultural ethos of Vietnam, we seek to create an unforgettable dining experience that honours the spirit of Southeast Asia and fosters a deeper connection between food, culture, and community.
